Following the birth of my daughter, I took two years of parental leave. This period ended, I decided to resume my work. My employer offered me an amicable dismissal and told me that he would arrange for me to receive my unemployment benefits. I refused.

Since my professional life is a hell. My boss treats me like a less than nothing. I am excluded from all meetings. Nobody speaks to me. I am the lowest paid employee in the service, despite my seniority.

A month ago, following my letter to the labor inspectorate regarding my salary, my employer was ordered to regularize my salary. This one refuses to increase me. Following this, for a week, every morning, my boss calls me to his office to complain about my work, and my relationship with my colleagues.

I decided not to let myself go and I filed a file with the labor courts.
